Our partner Payex is experiencing operational problems which affect some of our services.

    Payments Processing All payments referencing Schibsted user ID are unavailable

    We are experiencing technical issues. All orders that pass Schibsted (spid.no or schibsted.com) user ID are unavailable. The underlying fraud detection component is not able to read user information due to the Schibsted Account outage.

    Affected services are:

    • All payments through all PSPs

  • The situation for the Norwegian users (spid.no/schibsted.no) is now stable.

    Schibsted Account is still working on resolving the issue of logging Swedish users (schibsted.com) but we do not observe any issues with the payment processing since 10:55.

    Since there is some ongoing work we continue to closely monitor the situation as some instabilities might occur.

    We'll notify you when the underlying issue will be resolved.
