All payments referencing Schibsted user ID are unavailable Monday 13th December 2021 10:30:00


We are experiencing technical issues. All orders that pass Schibsted (spid.no or schibsted.com) user ID are unavailable. The underlying fraud detection component is not able to read user information due to Schibsted Account outage.

The situation for the Norwegian users (spid.no/schibsted.no) is now stable.

Schibsted Account is still working on resolving the issue of logging Swedish users (schibsted.com) but we do not observe any issues with the payment processing since 10:55.

Since there is some ongoing work we continue to closely monitor the situation as some instabilities might occur.

We'll notify you when the underlying issue will be resolved.
