The problem is fixed now.
We got confirmation from Payex the problem is solved. Also, our metrics and logs indicate that Payex is operational again.
Our partner PayEx is still experiencing operational problems which affect some of our services but the situation seems to be improving and we are now seeing orders being completed again.
No official confirmation has been received by PayEx yet but we will monitor the situation and keep you updated whenever that changes.

We still monitor the situation. Unfortunately, nothing has changed recently - 100% of payments going through Payex fail. We opened an incident channel (#20211101-payex-technical-difficulties). Please join it if you would like to be updated more often.
We don't have any ETA from Payex on when they expect to fix the problem. Other payment channels (Vipps, Klarna, Strex, Fortumo, Adyen) are not affected.
