Vipps Vipps delayed callback delivery

Our partner Vipps is experiencing operational problems which affect some of our services.

Affected services are:

  • Vipps eCom payment (one click) - potentially longer PENDING resolution time

    Payments Processing Payment Gateway - AWS infrastructure problems

    We are experiencing technical problems. The cause of the problems is AWS infrastructure issues. We observe a slightly higher than usual payment failure rate.

    Affected services are:

    • Payex integration (credit cards payments)
    • Adyen integration (credit cards payments)
    • Vipps integration
    • Strex integration
    • Internal components of the Payment Gateway
